I rang to make an appointment for my 3 year old and when we arrived they had already got out a range of glasses for him to try. Raj immediately knew that a different size/style would be better for my son. It’s a daunting experience having glasses for a 3 year old and the team did a fabulous job explaining and reassuring me. Excellent customer service, customer experience and after service! Highly recommended.

Needed an emergency appointment for my wife as she had a broken contact in her eye. We weren’t from the area but they were able to see us quickly and were extremely professional and helpful.

Superb service! Brought my glasses in as a nose pad had come off. I had never been in there before but staff were so welcoming and fixed my glasses in a matter of minutes. I will certainly be coming back to support this business in the future!

I went in trying to look at some frames 3 weeks ago. I was very impressed by the premium feel, as well as the aesthetic of the store. I felt welcomed, and as I was there, I saw that others echoed this sentiment. I have happily bought an additional pair of glasses, and brought in 2 of my sunglasses for new lenses also. I highly recommend this team if you want to look your best with the best quality frames FOR YOU. What was supposed to be a brief appointment ended up being an hour long experience that helped with my confidence as well. 5 Star rating from me.

A very positive experience. Thorough tests and scanning .Advice on meds to keep condition in check. Good advice on suitable lenses and frames, for everyday and sun protection . There was a team approach to styling which was fun . The end result, flattering specs for the older lady. Improved vision and style! Follow up call and adjustment to frames seamlessly achieved. So impressed. I have used Specsavers for 10+ years, direct debit contact lense service. They took 6 hours and 4 phone calls to tell me to go elsewhere as they couldn't fit me in for 4 days, whilst I sat with extremely irritated, red, light sensitive eyes. I immediately phoned ASK after seeing them open on the high street and they made it a priority for me to be seen same day, just an hour after I called. They were so helpful and reassuring- giving me an eye health check and advice. They have arranged for follow up appointments and I will definitely be using them from now on. Could not recommend more! This isn't my normal opticians, but I went to them in an emergency, as they are local to me and my normal optician wasn't available. I thought I'd got one of my contact lenses stuck in my eye and had spent a couple of hours rummaging around in my eye trying to find and remove it. In the process I had badly damaged my eye - no surprise really!! Aanchal examined my eye thoroughly and then gave me some eye drops to use hourly and advised me what I needed to do at home, to try and repair the damage. She was calming, knowledgeable and professional and booked me back in for a follow up appointment with her husband Arjan the next morning. He also looked thoroughly at my eye before I left. The next day I went back and after Arjan had examined my eye again, he was able to put my mind at rest that the damage was starting to repair itself, which I'm sure was thanks to the drops and the advice they had both given me the day before on what to do at home. He was also very calming and reassuring and he advised me of what medication to ask the chemist for if an infection subsequently developed (thankfully it didn't). He stressed anymore problems to get straight back in touch with them. My eye has now almost returned to normal and it's all thanks to them. I was so impressed with their service from start to finish. It was excellent. They went above and beyond for me over those two days and I cannot thank them enough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A* service from beginning to end.

I bought my daughter here for an eye test & they were fantastic with her. The service was very professional & they have the best selection of frames for children I have seen. I would definitely recommend!
