Disappointed by my wedding day flowers. I specifically asked for non bleached bunny tails, natural colours and more browns and not bleached. I repeatedly had to ask for my mood board to be changed as asked for something not to be included and it said to be included. I sent pictures for reference. I was too upset and shocked to mention the mistakes considering it was the day before my wedding I had no choice to take them away. I have been deciding what to do with my bouquet and feel sad that it’s not what I asked for and paid £90 for something I was disappointed with on my wedding day. I feel like because I was not spending £1000s, I just ordered bridal bouquet and bridesmaids, I was not worth worrying about.

The flower boutique always deliver the most beautiful flowers for any occasion. So much so I used them for my wedding flowers and they did not disappoint! The workshops are also fun and friendly and always have generous amount of flowers and items you can use to get creative.

Everyone commented on them on my big day, and I managed to be lucky enough to dry out my little girls bunch to keep forever. The ladies at The Flower Boutique were incredibly compassionate each time we spoke to them about my late fathers' funeral flowers. We were expertly guided through choosing the perfect floral displays for the church and coffin spray. We wanted to display my father’s racing helmet on the coffin and make it a focal point with flowers framing it and it looked beautiful. A natural, flowing display. The team did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend The Flower Boutique over and over again. We chose to use The Flower Boutique because we'd received several sympathy bouquets from the shop, each different and each extremely beautiful.
