Unfortunately, utterly useless. Tried to return an item from Amazon using the recommended UPS return process. The instructions were to take along the item to a UPS Access Point where the assistant would pack and arrange everything for me. In reality, the assistant refused to take the box which was not taped shut and insisted I needed a returns label, which I did not have - I had a QR code. Subsequently, went to Premier AAA Convenience Store in Buckingham Road, Bletchley, where the service was provided exactly as the website had described and completely contradicting everything I was told calling at this location.
